For the Rohingya refugees, the state that welcomes India with its arms is- Kashmir. This is the state from where the local Pandits were driven out, but the Rohingyas are being welcomed.

The Rohingya problem has two dimensions - racial and religious, and the two numbers are still intertwined. The Rohingyas may not be many, but they can create an explosive situation for the regions of the Northeast. They may appear as refugees from above, but they contain extremist elements, who can become a threat to the security of the country. The majority of the Rohingya are mountain tribes from Chittagong, who migrated to the Rakhine province of Burma in the 19th to 20th centuries. He spoke a dialect of Bengali. He mingled with Rakhine's local 'kaman' Muslims, who had a distinct ethnic-cultural identity historically intolerant of Burmese immigrants. This was the reason why he had driven out lakhs of Tamil Indians in the 1960s. The problem with the Rohingyas was that their allegiance to Burma remained under suspicion. He was more inclined towards the Islamic world. This attitude is a danger sign for India as well. We know that in our northeastern regions, there is a racial plurality and race is more important than religion. For example, while the CAA and NRC were religious issues for the rest of India, it had nothing to do with religion for the worst affected Assam. The Assamese Muslims there supported the CAA and the NRC, as they saw infiltration of Bangladeshi and West Bengal Muslims as a threat to their heritage. The Muslims of Bangladesh and West Bengal may believe in religious unity, but for Assamese Muslims their culture and race mattered more. This is the situation in every northeastern state 

Rohingya jihadis are being seen along with Hafiz Saeed from even before the refugee crisis of 2017. The story of how that crisis started is also funny. It is well known that guerrilla fighters use civilians as human shields. The same thing happened in Rakhine. In 2017, a suspected guerrilla group called the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army launched attacks on Burmese police. These attacks started suddenly, because there was no tension in the past. After killing several officers, the members of the guerrilla faction hid in different villages, but they did not destroy the evidence of their identity. As if they were inviting the Burmese army to come and find them.
