hi guys good morning today we are go to see this hybrid motor . this is one of the type of stepper motor. which is used to work as stepped process.

Hybrid stepper motor combines the characteristics of rheostat stepper motor and permanent magnet stepper motor. In a hybrid stepper motor, an axial permanent magnet is provided in the center of the rotor. Permanent magnets are axially magnetized to produce a pair of poles with the symbols S and N as shown
The end cap is mounted on both ends of the axial magnet. Iron tubes of equal number of teeth are magnetized by the respective poles of the axial magnet. The cross-sections of the two rotor ends are visit.
That is, the stator has poles 8, each with a coil and teeth 5. Thus, there are poles 40 on the stator. In addition, each rotor head has teeth 50. Therefore, the step angle of the stepper motor is given by, Court angle
where NS is the number of stator poles and is the no. of rotor
The figures above represent a hybrid stepper motor with a 1. 08step angle . it can be seen that the teeth of the rotor mesh are completely with the teeth of the statot, it can be seen that the teeth of the rotor are engaged with the grooves of the stator. This can be described by showing that the teeth of the two drills are spaced half a tooth step apart.

Permanent magnets are axially magnetized, so all the teeth on the left cap have a south pole, while all the teeth on the right cap have a north pole. The windings at 1,3,5,7 terminals connected in series form phase A. Similarly, the coils at 2,4,6,8terminals connected in series form B phase. When A phase is supplied electricity by positive current. , stator poles 5, 1 become south poles and stator poles 7.3 become north poles. Therefore, the teeth of the north pole rotor align with the stator poles 1 and 5, while the teeth of the south pole rotor align with the 3,7 stator types Now when phase A stops working and phase B is supplied with positive current , the rotor will rotate 1.8 by an angle counterclockwise. Then, when phase A is energized by negative current, the rotor moves further from.
