Sandalwood is a much excellent fragrance used across the world. It is commonly used in aromatherapy and mediation. It is essential for skin care routine.
Sandalwood is used in traditional rituals and plays an important role in the manufacture of beauty products. Sandalwood is used in many ways like soaps, sandalwood oil, sandalwood perfumes. It is suitable for any skin type be it oily skin, dry skin, combination skin, sensitive skin, sandalwood is an excellent skin care product. Sandalwood can be mixed with other ingredients to suit each skin type.
While buying from the shops, you should pay attention to the quality of sandalwood. It is safe to buy sandalwood blocks . It can be grinded and take bath with rose water. All skin types can follow this method. It cools the skin. If there are wrinkles on the skin,by mixing sandalwood with honey and egg white can be cured. People suffering from acne problems can mix turmeric powder with sandalwood and apply it on their face, keep it overnight and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Doing this regularly will get rid of acne and scars.

If the skin has a lot of wrinkles, sandalwood can be mixed with lemon juice and multani methi and apply on the face. If the skin is dull, you can apply 'face pack' with sandalwood and turmeric powder. It also can be used with curd and honey along with sandalwood.
