7 Things You Must Stop Doing

There are many things in life which have to stop doing immediately. There are many more important things we can do instead of wasting our valuable time on unnecessary things as well as unnecessary people. Here are the Seven important things which you have to stop doing. They are:

  1. STOP LYING IF SOMETHING ASKS IF YOU ARE OKAY: Each and every one of are busy in our own world, at such times if a person make time to check upon you and asks if you are okay never lie them. Instead express your feelings, feel free to share how you are feeling inside, vomit what's inside your head. You will be definitely relieved and feel some peace.

2. STOP TELLING YOURSELF YOUR NOT WORTHY OF HEALTHY LOVE: No one in this world is unworthy of love, each and every one of us deserves to be loved in a healthy way. We are definitely a need to someone, a want to someone or you may be everything to someone. So never ever think that you are not worthy of healthy love.

3. STOP TRYING TO HEAL PEOPLE WHO DON'T NEED HELP: One should never try to heal people or try to help when they don't even need it. They start feeling that you are fake if you start helping someone who doesn't even have problem. Instead try to heal someone who really is in need of help rather than wasting your time on people who are completely alright.

4. STOP REWARDING BARE MINIMUM HELP: When someone contributes very little or puts a very low efforts then never reward them, this makes them lazy or lethargic. Instead reward people who really works hard, appreciate them for their efforts, recognise people who are really determined and puts in lots of energy and time to perform a specific task tremendously. 

5. STOP TALKING TO YOURSELF THAT YOU CANT ACHIEVE BIG: Never ever think that you can't achieve big things. Never stop dreaming big. Work on your dreams to achieve them. Put in efforts, but never talk to yourself negatively and demotivate your mind. We are humans we make impossible things possible. Remember that you can achieve anything you wish if you are passionate.

6. STOP PRETENDING SOMETHING DOESN'T BOTHERS YOU EVEN IF IT DOES: If something is eating you up from inside or making you feel low then never pretend to be completely alright. If something bothers you then look after all the ways that you can come out of that thing which bothers you and find a way instead of pretending to be okay.

7. STOP BEING AROUND WITH PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T VALUE YOU AND YOUR TIME : Never ever stay at a place where you are not respected or devalued. Never even give time to people who doesn't value your time. Be at a place where you are loved.
