Sometimes, when life is going smoothly without any problems and disappointments and negative things happens , when everything is going well, some people feel sad in their hearts Without any reason. If someone Notice that and asks βWhy are you sad? The reply of the person be the single word "I don't know" will come back. That is also the truth. Without any reason, suddenly there is a feeling of emptiness in our mind. Without understanding the reasons for that, we sit in silence, frustrated and silent for a few minutes. The feeling of emptiness that appears for no reason is a normal psychological problem that many people experience in their life. When it is passed properly, it can return to normal. It is when we unknowingly sink into that void that we cannot overcome it. that it haunts us and affects our mental health. There are do's and don'ts to deal with those moments of unexplained emptiness.
Do: Close your eyes, take a deep breath in and out. By doing this, the breathing becomes regular and the body and mind become relaxed. It is better to rush to your favorite place at that moment. It may be your bedroom; Or maybe even a beach.
Take a piece of paper and list the things you like and want to do in life. Try it immediately if possible. Engage in it wholeheartedly. There is no better mental exercise than doing something you love.
Don'ts: It is best to stay away from people as much as possible during empty drinking sessions. Not everyone can understand this mindset. By being alone you can avoid futile arguments and resentment. Avoid going on social media during that time. The moment you are sad, your mind starts comparing you and them if someone posted their happy life moments on the website. It's a stressful time when the mind is empty, and there should be no negative movement in your life. It makes this mood even more intense if you think about it. Mental health is the root of health.
