Welcome all to my new blog. Today my blog topic is Way to stop Hair loss.

There are many types of hair  long, medium, short, straight and curly. The common problem faced by many people is hair loss. Although hair loss is normal, the increase in the amount of hair loss and the lack of hair growth in the place of hair loss is a concern. Eating foods that are rich in nutrients will increase hair growth  and taking proper care of your hair will stop hair fall and increase growth.  Here are some simple ways to stop Hair loss.

  Maintenance for hair:  

People with dry, brittle and curly hair will experience more hair fall than normal if they use a normal comb to brush their hair there will be more hair loss so it is better for them to use a wooden comb with large teeth.  You can use old t-shirts made of cotton instead of using a hard towel to wipe your hair after taking a bath.  Do not use a hair dryer for your hair and let the hair dry with a fan.  It is good to take a oil bath twice a week.  If you go out with too much oil on your head, dust and dirt will stick to it and cause dandruff.  Therefore, within an hour of applying the oil, it should be washed thoroughly with shampoo or shea butter.  If you apply rice soaked water on your head and soak it for 10 minutes, hair growth will increase.

Hair growth drink: 

Mix two gooseberries and a handful of curry leaves and grind them well in the mixer strain and take the juice. By Consuming this juice daily will increase hair growth.

 Take curry leaves wash cleanly and allow them to dry in the shade and make powder and store it in a container. Mix this powder with rice and eat daily, hair loss will be reduced.    

Hair oil to increase hair growth:  

Gooseberry - 3, curry leaves (dry) - a handful of curry leaves coconut oil , lamp oil . Put all the above in an iron pan and boil on medium flame. Once the mixture has bubbled, turn off the flame. This should be kept in an iron pan for a whole day. Then filter and use.
