It is created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, who is the working mind of the show Bojack Horseman which is very popular and available on Netflix. It is made as an animated series but it is made with a brilliant and thoughtful tone. It is among the top shows that came out in 2019 and can be easily the best animation that has been made in the recent times.
