Tips To Identify Fake Jobs Online

You know what?

It's very much frustrating to know its a fake job after spending so much of time and hope.I really got tired of this.FAKE PROMISES FAKE TAG LINES and everything around it is fake.I have seen so many fake jobs and have fallen in it's trap during my first few years using internet. Now i'm bit experienced with identifying and differentiating fake from legit ones.

So I would like to share my tips and experience to people who are searching for jobs online currently. These fake recruiters are so well mannered and act like professionals so it will be a tough time to identify it for few days but still you will get the hang of it with my tips to an extent to know about it before you loose money.Even my family members have lost money believing that these guys are going to provide a job.

So here are my tips..

  • NEVER EVER PAY anyone to get a job(unless and until it is from a reputed company for an internship or training kind of where you know about the company in person)..This is the first and foremost thing where many of them are falling for..Guys why do you even have to pay to get a job?..you are using your skill to finish the work for the recruiter to get paid..and that's what is called as job..why do you have to pay the security amount? or the so called initial refundable amount?  Fun part:it's never been refunded!   So if a recruiter asks you to pay then stay away from them!
  • Don't provide your sensitive personal details:such as bank account details like ccv, card number/pin or any other details even pan and aadhar card number unless and until you know about the firm for a long time.Even though it's a believable and trustworthy company never share sensitive bank details.only when you are selected people will ask your account number, name and IFSC to transfer your salary..so it's very alarming for recruiters to ask you for random OTP,pin and card number(Guys don't take it lightly..i have received calls from many fake company's to share my card pin number so be careful)
  • Now most of the company's have internet presence. For even company's it's become mandatory to be online to get recognition.so If you are not able to find a proper internet profile then it might be even a sign of fake job.internet profile like LinkedIn profiles with people working in that company/owner details or even a social media page like Facebook company page with some information and images sharing details about the company for a long time.Hence if it is an XYZ company with unknown owner and no details about it on the internet kindly check it before going further.
  • I have heard many of them saying fake company after cheating on them have changed the number and most importantly THEY HAVE EVEN PROVIDED FAKE OFFICE ADDRESS. Yes, these are some of the worst experiences from my know circle when one of my friend was shocked to know that no XYZ company was there before on that address given by the recruiter during on boarding process and all the phone numbers provided by them is now unavailable/blocked.No use guys money lost is lost.
  • When it comes to online job more than a recruiter try to ask questions about the company wherever it is required(only when you are not able to find any details about the company) .Most probably you will receive the first call from some lower cadre HR dept person to arrange for an interview before the on boarding process so don't hesitate to ask about the company's details. After-all it's just a job nobody is going to shave your head for asking questions about an unknown company(that to for fake people)..I once got a call from an unknown company for a job that i haven't applied for..that to in an air lines..Guys! we are in 2021 how could they even scam us with big names? you know what i felt so good after roasting them and making them furious.that lady still had guts to ask me to pay for the job and it's not even below 1k(i think it was 5k refundable and 12k for training).waste of time guys never mind..Beware if some one tries to lure you saying you will get a permanent job in this airlines that airlines or in a railway dept.
  • Now after this pandemic they started sending msgs for some zoom meeting and at the end of the meeting they will be asking you to pay or join a membership program and for you to make money you should start a referral chain. You should bring in 10 more people to join this membership program to get 5% or whatever the deal is then avoid it right away..They will provide you the amount once or twice guys after that when they are enough with this method of making money and to protect their identity they will run away leaving no trace ..and also If someone says you can make money without doing ANY WORK! that's a huge red signal..how on earth will you be able to make money doing nothing?..(unless and until it is an investment where money multiplies on autopilot mode)

Hence these are some of the tips for today guys will try to share more in upcoming blogs if you have faced anything like these please do share about your experience!

Thanks a lot guys will meet you all soon in my next post!
