I'm going to share a cake recipe with you all which is very easy to make and everyone can make this cake...
No-Bake Chocolate Cake
Ingredients :-
400 gm :- britania biscuits
1 cup :- sugar 1/2 cup :- coco
powder1cup :- water100 gm :-
butter1/2 cup :- wipping cream100
gm :- chocolate foe topping 1) Break biscuits in small pieces into
a bowl
2) Now prepare the chocolate syrup,
in a saucepan add sugar and cocoa
powder. Stir and mix and add water
into them.
Add the butter and place them into medium flame. boil for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
3) Add syrup into break pieces of biscuit and combine with a large spoon or spatula.
4) Transfer the mixture into the cake mould and place parchment paper into the mould.
5) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6) Place chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat them until they boil.
7) Pour into the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
8) your no baked cake is ready.
CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS:
1) 1 cup :- Maida 2) 1table spoon :- Cocco powder3) 1/2 cup :- Sugar4) 1tea spoon :- Baking powder5) 1/2 spoon :- Baking soda6) 1 cup :- Chocolate7) 1/2 cup :- Milk8) 1 medium :- Egg9) 1 spoon:- Vanilla essence 10) moulds11) silver balls for decoration
METHOD:-
1) Take a bowl and stir the maida and Cocco powder and then add sugar and baking powder. 2) Mix well all ingredients. 3) And now add baking soda and mix well. 4) Take 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg and 1 spoon of vanilla essence and mix well. 5) Now add this mixture to the first bowl and mix well. 6) And make sure the mixture mix evenly and does not make lumps. 7) Now put the mixture in a muffin mould and put it into the wire rack of the oven. 8) Temperature 180 for 20 minutes. 9) After baking decorate the muffin with melted chocolate and you can decorate with silver balls and cherries. 10) And serve it and enjoy it with your family.
