DRINK PLENTY OF WATER 

Water is the precious thing that does good stuffs to our health.Drinking 3 to 4 litres of water daily helps to glow our skin and helps to burn calories ,if we prefer hot water.

Drink 1 glass of water before 30 minutes of every meal will reduce your appetite and make you eat less.

Eat more fiber

    Fiber is a crucial things for weight loss. Fruits and vegetable contains much more fiber content. Eating fiber takes more time to digest.Thus , it's reduces appetite. Green leafy vegetables contains more fiber. Fiber increases more stool and reduce constipation. Onion has inulin content which increases stool frequency.

Physical activity 

Doing 30 to 45 minutes of physical activity like cardio workouts, strength training, high intensity interval training, skipping, swimming, walking, yoga asanas , aerobic exercise, zumba dance, belly dance etc,. Building muscles leads to burn fat.

Walking is one of the best exercise, if you are a beginner. Begins with 15 minutes per day and increase gradually to 1 hour to get stamina and fitness. It acts as a good warm up before workout.

 

Give up sugar 

Cut off the sugar will show you up fast result in your weight loss journey. Sugar in the foods i.e. is sweet would cause you hunger and the taste leads to overeating.

Throw Away sweets in your home

Eat small portion 

Eating in a small plate and fill it with more with fiber ,protein and less with carbohydrate and fat. Listen to your body whether  it is thirsty or hungry.

Cut off carbs 

Eating too much of carbohydrate convert and store as fat i.e. triglycerides. These will leads to stubborn in belly, thighs, butt. It may cause physiologically such as 

  • CVD(cardio vascular diseases)
  • Obesity 
  • Diabetes mellitus 
  • Thyroid 
  • Hormonal imbalance 

you should reduce intake of carb content in limited amount.

Follow diet 

Diet gives us not only health benefits but also aids to get discipline in our eating habits. You can follow diet such as 

  • Paleo diet 
  • Intermittent fasting 
  • GM diet 
  • Keto diet

Consistency 

Consistency is the big difficult task in this journey. You have to stick to several life time habits to adopt and function with our body.

This may takes a time to get result. But it never fails to show you , if you are stuck in to the routine. Patience is also important , this is the key point to get fabulous result.

These are the ways to stick into weight loss journey and get fit body.
