Let's discuss one of the interesting topic that - What is real confidence?

Confidence means When you are very much sure about your abilities and opinions. You know your worth and your abilities. But keep in mind that your confidence should not convert in over confidence.

All of us have heard how to maintain confidence or build confidence but have you ever wondered about what is actually a confidence?

A self confident person is the one who doesn't seek approval from others. You don't seek permissions where it is not required at all. You don't pass smiles just because you want yes or approval from the other person.And you smile when you really mean it.

You are not afraid of silence.

You spend time alone. Not afraid of silence or sitting alone.

You don't shift responsibility.

What so ever you work you have assigned, you do with full courage and responsibility. You do not shift your responsibility.

You don't flatter.

You always love yourself- There is nothing that can stop you to love yourself. Practice the habit of self love. Spend time with yourself. Do what you like and enjoying doing most.

You are not afraid of showing your weakness. One who accepts where he or she is weak , is real confident person.

You know who you are and what you want- Keep your likes and dislikes in place. Do not please anyone. Be clear with your requirements and stick on how you can achieve it. So be clear and achieve it.

Do not judge others-  Are we in the bracket of being judgemental. We have not walked in anyone's shoes. We don't know the struggle we are going through. We don't know what's there battle going on. So let's just not be judgemental.

You are not afraid to fail. Failure is the part of learning. If we will never Gail we will Never come to know where to improve and how to improve. Failure is the path to success. So embrace failure and become that self confident person.

So all these are the signs of real confidence. Keep a check and know where your confidence lies.
