Hello bloggers!!!

Hope all of you are doing amazing. Today's topic is- Teaching in this time of pandemic. Do you really feel- it was or it is easy for the educators to teach.

Being an educator/teacher- what I feel that it was not at all easy. It was arduous and fussy. Many educators had left from the schools and colleges because they were not tech savvy. They thought it was not their cup of tea. So they decided to quit their job. And indeed it was true also because teachers from ages are using pen and paper or chalk and blackboard. They never held computers and laptops in their hands. So, when this pandemic hit the nation - immediate change in the teaching patters from offline to online - their mind blown away. Teaching in schools and colleges, having vast experiences, from so long - all got vanished because they were not tech savvy. They do not know how to use laptops and computers. Many educators tried their best and learnt a lot and yes they are surviving till now.

They are no doubt in big problem but yet they are trying their level best to exist in their organisations because either they are bread earners, they don't want to leave their job or they dont want to vanish their experience of teaching.

Young youth, all those who are in teaching profession, have been through this time very easily because they are tach savvy and can handle online zoom sessions very well. So they hardly face any problem. But old experienced teachers no doubt are facing a lot.

Teachers were not having laptops or such huge costs mobile phones. All had to buy new within days. Many of them were not able to adjust their black boards in their rooms. They tied rope and hanged the phone along it.

Seriously it was indeed very tough for the teachers. They suffered alot. How they managed to survive in their jobs - they only know very well. Scenes behind camera were really very tough. There struggles with the technology was not easy at all.

Yet parents of few children were not satisfied at all. Although 80% of parents and children were very thankful to the teachers that they continued to teach their kids every in the toughest times. But still 20% of parents and children very not really satisfied. Not ready to pay fees and so on.

Being an educator, I want to salute each and every teacher who took really hard steps to continue their profession and teach the young minds and youth of the nation.

Big salute to all of you.

Thank you!!
