If Our Feelings Could Talk....

Hey everyone!! 

You know why I chose this topic because it is very important to identify how are we feeling? If we can identify that how are we feeling - we know how to react and respond in that  particular situation because there is a deep meaning behind every feeling which we are feeling.

  1.  Sadness- It is saying it is okay to cry. Crying is not the bad idea. It is to Accept. Don't condition yourselves that boys don't cry, elders don't cry, now you are not kid- don't cry. Accept that if you are feeling sad.If you are sad- it's okay to cry. It will lighten your heart.
  2. Loneliness- This feeling says that you need a connection. Go out with your friends, spend time with your pets or other. Idea is that you find a connect.
  3. Ashamed- Do you feel ashamed sometimes? This feeling says that you need to accept yourself. Love yourself. Show yourself some self compassion. It is OKAY to be imperfect .You need to love yourself first.
  4. Resentment- When you feel resentment you need to forgive yourself. There were so much which was not in your control, situations,your   relationships,conversation. It is Okay, forgive yourself.
  5.  Emptiness- when you feel emptiness, hollow or vaccum,you need to find something creative. Idea is to pick up a new hobby which fill help you to fill the vaccum.
  6. Anger- first identify- Why are you angry? Is it something external triggers or internal triggers. Identify and then set your boundaries. Maintain distance from the people and situations which triggers you.
  7. Anxiety- We feel anxious when we have the fear of unknown. When you can not do anything but you are afraid if it happens. So, Identify why you are anxious? The only way to battle anxious is to Breathe. Idea is to have COUNTED CALM CONTROLLED BREATHING. 
  8. Stress- Why are you feeling stressed? Identify. Always take one step at a time. Don't do multiple things at a time. Idea is to battle your stress by taking one small step at a time. Don't burden yourself.

So all these feelings whether it us happiness, sadness or any other. Idea is to identify? Why you are feeling so and then find how to battle with it. That is why it is important to talk to our feelings. If we will talk to our feelings better we will be in responding to situations that are in front of us.
