Do You Often Feel Bloated?

Hello everyone!! Hope all of you are in good spirits.

Today's topic is related to our health. Very important and very common to discuss. Bloating. Now what is bloating? 

It is the state when your stomach is swollen. After eating when you feel that stomach is heavy. It is called bloating.

When there is excess gas production or disturbance in the movements of muscles- bloating is caused. 

What are the reasons for bloating:-

  • When you eat too fast:- 

There is a habit that sometimes in hurry, we eat very fast. We gobbled our food. We do not chew food properly, we just swallow with very less chews. This is the biggest reasons for bloating. So try to chew your food very well. Chew it properly.

  • When you eat late- There is very bad habit that we often eat late at night. Due to our busy schedules we often do not get time to eat our meals at proper time. We start our day late, eating breakfast late then other meals are also late. This interrupts whole cycle and at the end of the day we feel bloated. So avoid eating late meals and be on time.
  • When you skip your meals:- 

There is common problem in youth especially that they skip meals. They want to reduce weight or are on dieting, so they skip meals. You know- instead of giving benefits, this technique of skipping meals- harms a lot. At night or at any particular time we eat too much. That is we overeat which causes bloating.

How you can prevent it:-

Eat less spicy food- Make sure your meal is not over oiled and it is less spices.

Do exercise- Do yoga and exercise for 15 mins at least. It will help you to digest your food.

Go for a walk or Zumba session- Any sought of physical exercise is useful for floating. So go for it.

Eat your meals at proper intervals:- Keep equal gap between the meals you eat.

Avoid chewing items:- Do not chew everyday. Avoid center fresh or any other chewing gums.

Keep a food dairy:- Mantain a diet chart or maintain proper menu for the meals for the day. This will add not only equal amount of all fibres and nutrition but also is a healthy way to eat your meals.

So, these are the points you can keep in your mind: in case you are feeling bloated.
