Suppose we all  have an overpowering weakness lets take example of sexual weakness, alcohol weakness, ego For which you have tried your best to get rid of the weakness but you failed. Is there any silution or remedy for this weaknesses?? 

I am going to tell you the most powerful thing and i am using this daily and it has really improved my life. It is called as Nostril exercise. In a healthy person the air intake by both the nostrils are same i.e no of times air taken by left nostril is 1080 times and right nostril is also 1080 times in a healthy yogi person. when you breathe you will notice that if you are breathing and exhaling then only one nostril work and other nostril stop. If you will check now you will see that either your right nostril is active or left nostril. we cant breathe by both the nostril at the same time. The ratio of four centre i. e Intelligence : Emotion : Sex : Motor should be 5:2:2:1. if you want to increase your intelligence then more you breathe from right nostril more your intelligence centre will increase and when we breathe from left nostril the air, power or praan goes to the remaining centres i. e Emotion, sex and motor. when your right nostril is flowing then your intelligence is clear and active and is very intense and when your left nostril is flowing then your intelligence centre remain dominated and feel dull. The more the air flows from left nostrils more the thoughts of emotions and sex centre will be high. you breathe alternatively for 90 minutes from left nostrils and 90 minutes from right nostrils. The more you breathe from left nostril more your body will be negatively charged. for most of us As the common ratio of I:E:S:M is 2:4:8:1 as you will notice by ratio that emotional and sexual centre are numerically high value. so we invite more deseases. Even when in sleep our dreams are influenced by the flow of nostrils. However doctors will not agree by this. so during sleep you must sleep om the left hand side so that your right nostril works more and you can also block your left nostril by cotton plug so the air flow from right nostril will be more.
