Communication is not just saying fancy words or vocabulary. People tend to speak foreign language, high English in front of others without knowing the exact use of words, punctuation and many more. Communication is more than that. If you want to convey right message, you need to use proper words, spellings and punctuation. We all make mistakes is punctuation.

We need to rectify our errors. So for that, first we all should know the common errors that we make in our daily experiences.

We often focus on how to speak words properly, frame sentences, etc. We do not search for common errors that we make. We are unable to communicate our message effectively. So to pass our message effectively, we should understand the errors taht we make knowingly or unknowingly, effectively. 

Now a days - there are many platforms for communication. We communicate on What's app, Facebook , Mail or direct message, etc. So , first we will all understand the errors we make while communicating. Because knowing errors is the first step of effective communication.

So, here is the list of common errors that we make while communicating to each other in our daily life whether it is a work place or any social circle.

  • Errors at workplace. Starting phrases- When you are starting your communication, do not say- Hey , Hello, What's up, Hey there. No do not use these words in the starting. Else you should use Dear Mr. Sharma, Dear Sir or Dear Madam. Always start your conversation in polite manner.
  • Ending phrases- Do not end your conversation with bye, goodbye or see you. Always use Yours sincerely or Yours faithfully.
  • Whenever you are sending direct messages or what's app message- Never use- Send me details or reply. Remember you should be polite when you are communicating. Always use- please revert or kindly revert or waiting for your reply. Be polite.
  • Gracious/Graceful- While passing any positive comment to somebody or while praising someone. Never say - You look gracious. Always say - You look graceful.

So all these are the common errors we all make, while communicating to each other in our daily life. So, knowing your mistakes is the first step for effective learning. So know your mistakes well and improve upon it.
