Hello everyone!!! I hope all of you are in good health. Today's topic is 8 signs that your body needs to Detox.

First of all what is the meaning of Detox?

 Detox means-  It is generally a period of time when our body clears or get rid of unhealthy substances that is detoxification.

In this process- Your body get rid of unhealthy substances. It is very important to detox your body otherwise it will lead to various health problems. First of all, our body shows different signs- that we need to notice. So I am going to discuss these signs your body shows.

  1. Always tired- If you are feeling always tired or lethargic that means your body is saying  it is time to Detox.Need plenty of water and give your body full rest. Don't push yourself. Take time for yourself and meditate.
  2. Constant Headaches- If you are having headache from such a long time then that means you are drinking very less amout of water. Drink plenty of water, detox your body and you will see instant relief. In this case you can also opt for warm water.
  3. Always bloated and gassy- If you feel bloating, its high time that your body needs to be detox.
  4. Skin allergies- We often have skin allergies either because we are not drinking sufficient water or due to any medications. Make sure you nite wit you are facing skin allergies.
  5. Falling sick often- When we are falling sick again and again, or our body doesn't show tendency to deal or fight with the diseases, that means there is deficiency of water level in our body.
  6. Mood swings- Sometimes we are happy, sad, feeling low or feeling like crying. All these mood swings are because either our body is having some hormonal changes or it is not adapting to the situation or environment, we are living in.Drink a lot of water and keep yourself calm. Detox it regularly.
  7. Poor memory or concentration - No concentration means your mind is not in position to hold something new. Drink cold water, relax yourself and eat healthy diet for good concentration.
  8. Food Cravings- Mood to eat junk every day, or every hour - is also not a good sign.One should know how to control his or her tongue. Eat according to your capacity. Make sure you drink water before meal and not after it.

All these 8 signs show - that it is high time- when you need to detox your body. I hope this blog will be helpful.
