Ayurveda has basic fundamental priciples such as TRIDOSHA , TRIDANDA, PANCHA MAHA BHUTA , SAPTHA DHATHU to name a few, which are purely scientific and technical , today let's get to know our body type popularly known as PRAKRUTHI in ayurveda
The knowledge of PRAKRUTHI or body constitution in ayurveda helps you to understand your body better and enlightens you on how to follow a good diet and lifestyle accordingly
The PRAKRUTHI are based on doshas in one's body and is formed at the time of birth and remains constant throughout one's lifetime
There are 3 mains PRAKRUTHI namely
And the combination of any two of these
And the combinationof these 3 togetherly is sannipataja
Vataja-
If you are varaha prakruti, you are always on your feet , super fast in all your activities, a moderately nourished body , you tend to do things in one go , you keep things simple , You eat less , sleep a little less , but do more work Yea your a typical varaha prakruti person
Pittaja-
If you are a pittaja prakruti person, you have a moderately nourished body , war moderately, sleep is also moderate, usually have got High Temperley and you do your work in a moderate pace you tend to enjoy your own company and a few of your close ones , you are easily irritated and easily calmed too Yea that's pitta
Kaphaja-
If you are always slow in all your activities be it eating , walking, reading, understanding then you are a kaphaja prakruti person, a well buit and nourished body, beautiful hair always a calm and cool person you don't get pissed off easily and you will always be praised and loved for your knowledge and skills Yea this is kapha
So if you find you have qualities similar to any 2 of them, then you have a dhwandwaja prakruti(combination of any 2 dosha) well If you feel you have a little of all the three implies your a sannipataja (combination of 3 dosha) which is very rare !
