Hello everyone! In this blog is about nature…..
Protect biodiversity- This includes plants and animals and their natural systems that provide us with everything we need to live. It encompasses the forests that supply the wood needed to build homes and the oceans that provide us with food.
Reduce water consumption- We need clean fresh water to drink and wash ourselves. We use water to generate power and produce heat. When we take too much from our water sources then the amount of pollution increases. Use less water.
Stop deforestation- Deforestation means taking trees away from the earth. Trees are used to make paper and other products. They can help reduce air pollution and act as a home for many animals. If they're not given enough space to survive, they may be cut down and turned into land fill.
Reduce garbage production- Garbage is produced in abundance and contributes to global warming. There should be a recycling system within all communities. Recycling reduces the damage done to the environment.
Be environmentally friendly- We should always try to be green and eco friendly. Try to recycle and reuse things instead of buying them over again. Cut back on the use of plastics whenever possible.
Educate yourself about these issues- You can find out more information about each issue above if you search online for the keywords.
Avoid using plastic! Many people use plastic to store food and drink that can result in them consuming harmful chemicals including BPA which breaks down into Toxins that get stored in your fat cells. Instead, use glass bottles and metal containers instead.
Go organic! There are many benefits to going organic like greater nutrition and higher taste but if done right, even non-organic foods can be healthy. Going organic helps keep pesticides away from our bodies and businesses stay out of harms way where they may be poisoning customers.
Grow Your Own Food! Eating fresh, natural produce is great however it doesn't always come easily. Gardening does not have to be expensive or time-consuming. Natural herbs go through a lot of pain before they finally reach our plates and while some microgreens take only days to prepare, others can take months at times. By preparing your own food, you know exactly what's going into your body.
Be Adventurous! Travel around Europe to experience different cultures. Over two thirds of European countries are considered rural areas and close to 80% of Europe’s agricultural land is devoted to producing food. This means there is still plenty to eat although there might be specific seasons that make certain types of food unavailable just to consume them.
Thank you……
