Food is the thing which gives us energy to work. Food ie it should be rich in all nutrients which makes us healthy and boosts our immunity. Food must contain all the nutrients that is carbs, fats, proteins, roughage, vitamins and minerals. Most importantly water/ liquids which makes up our 70% of body. Liquids must be taken at proper interval and at regular basis which would hydrate our body and keep us energetic. Vitamins must be taken like vitamin A, Vitamin B and Vitamin C and Vitamin D. Vitamin A helps to maintain and form healthy and strong teeth, skeletal and soft tissues and skin. Vitamin C helps to protect cells and keep them healthy, also helps in maintaining healthy skin, bones and blood vessels. Vitamin D helps in absorbing Calcium to maintain strong and healthy bones. The food that we like or love is directly related to our brain health. if we take right foods it would help us to improve our brain capacity and boost up our motivation. If some one is stressed he/she should try to have his/her favorite meal which will help to reduce the stress. Eating food gives everyone happiness when it is our favorite one. it reduces stress levels and boosts our brain to be happy. Also doing what makes you happy reduces stress levels like if some one likes to cook food, he/she should try making a new and fascinating dish and making the dish will make you forget your stress reason for some time and you will get a happy. You can do anything which you like for example playing, reading, painting etc. you need to follow your hobby or passion for some time which will make you reduce your stress levels.
Eating food at proper times will best effect your body for energy. You need to have a fixed schedule relating your food cycles and sleeping cycles. Having proper sleeps at night and having proper food will make you healthy.
