Badam Pisin or Badam Gum:- What is it ?
Almond Gum, is also know as badam pisin, is a natural edible gum made from the bark of the sweet almond tree. It is distinct from the Indian almond tree abd has the scientific name Prunus amygdalus (Scientific name:- Terminalia Catappa). It is thought to have a originated in the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey, and Syria and is connected to the peach, apricot, plum, cherry, and rose families. Explorers and conquistadors dispersed the species around the world starting about 3,000 BC. It is stabilising, emulsifying, thickening, adhesive, and glazing characteristics. The gum is a waste product of the tree's metabolic process and is easily dissolved in viscous and aqueous solutions. Badam Pisin appears as little rocks and is either white or brown in colour. Making jellies with it involves dissolving it in water.

How is badam pisin milk made ?
In 100 cc of water, soak the badam pisin overnight.
Take 3 tbsp of the soaking badam pisin and combine with milk the next morning. For improved flavour, mix with sugar and elachi powder. Mix thoroughly, then eat. The sugars in badam pisin is organic. As a result, you must adjust the sugar addition.
Is badam pisin beneficial to conception ?
