Hello Everyone!!!

Hope everyone is doing good!!

Today I am going to differentiate between smart work and hard work.

People work very hard to be successful or to gain the highest percentage.

We also observe some people around us who spend less time in reading but gains the highest marks.

Most of the backbenchers work smart. They are too lazy to work hark.😄😄

I am one of them.

I am proud of me being a backbencher.😁😉

How is it possible?

In my opinion smart work brings more achievements than hard word.

Sometimes we need to do smart work which consumes less time.

Working 18hrs a day is not the solution for anything. Think twice doing anything. Think smartly, reduce your pressure, reduce your time, reduce your stress.

I am going to tell about two of my friends Saritha and Lalitha.

Saritha is a hardworker and Lalitha is a smartworker.

Saritha used to score top grade in every semester. She used to spend a lot of time on reading. Never did anything wrong. Everyone had a good impression on her.

Lalitha is different from Saritha and quite opposite. She used to bunk the classes. Never read except during exams. But she used to get equal marks like Saritha. 

We all used to envy Lalitha for scoring highest marks😂😂.

Why smartwork better than hardwork?

Smartwork makes the task easier.

Smart workers has a plan for doing anything. They successfully complete their task by going through a perfect planning.

Hardwork takes a lot time to complete a task.

Example:

There are two people in the first floor. They have to reach 10th floor. One uses lift and the other uses stairs.

Both are from same source and reaches same destination.

The ones uses lift is a smartworker and the one uses stairs is a hard worker.

Even though both has reached their destination, but the one uses lift will be the first to come.

So this is difference between hardwork and smartwork.

Hardwork and smartwork both are equally important

People think smart work is practically not possible. We can't do that. We just work hard.

Working hard is very good nothing wrong in it. But adding smart work to your task makes it complete fast.

The definition of hard work and smart work depends on the person.

Hardwork and smartwork both are crucial in our life. They both have their different roles.

This is my way of differentiation between hardwork and smartwork.

So guys..

Work Hard but Think smart!!!
