Hi everyone welcome to another blog in this blog we talk about eyes deficiency matters a lot to us as we know the eyes important part of a human body without eyes our life start lurking around with danger if you are have the symptoms like that your eyes going to be blurred that means you wouldhave vitamins deficiency in your body which is a matter of worry .Due to so many vitamins we feel chaotic at times which one is suitable for the eyes.despite of having a weak eye sight you put a strain on your eyes and driving your car in the night and facing problems that not a solution for that you need to find a solution to it. So whenever you feel the symptoms of low vision or eyes getting blurred specially the people who are young or middle age that implies that you would have had deficiency of nutrients or in another words if we say not following a balanced diet due to which result in vitamin deficiency or hormonal imbalanceThere are 4 major vitamin deficiency
1.VitaminA: If we talk about our body has given importance to vitamin A it gives a protection to outer side of an eye which is white in color if incase you are falling short of vitamin A in the body that it may cause night blindness or dryness in eyes a condition you unable to see clearly in night time for this you need to have green vegetables,carrot,pumpkin apples ,banana,papaya ,sweet potato
VitaminB: If you want that healthier eyesight so that would not any problems in near future so have fruits which contains vitaminB6 vitaminB9 and vitamin B12 so that you not fall short of anything for this you need to have milk products like cottage cheese ,yougurt ,green vegetables,dry fruits,lentils,Meat.
VitaminC:If you want to improve your eyesight then have citrus fruits like orange pinneaple, lemon and also add guvua, Broccoli, goose berry in your diet in addition to this increase theconsumption of black pepper.these fruits and vegetables also help the problems of blurredness .
VitaminE:works like antioxidant in our body since retina has high concentration of fatty acids vitamin E intake is important for health you can add flax seed oil or sunflower oil,almond ,avocado,cabbage in your diet the nutrients listed above may help reduce your risk of low vision so always remember “healthy body has eyes”
