Hi everyone in this blog we discuss about fitness mantra what is fitness mantra? We say some words in your mind to perform a certain task constantly without giving a break that pushes you and gives us tremendous energy to perform our workout specially when you are not in your mood to do any exercise due to any personal reason of yours 5 words of fitness Release, peace, tranquility, love and joy these are five words you can repeat these words after 1min and see the difference in your pace in your workout because we also tired of listening the same music again and again in our gym.People usually praticse this mantra for fitness but yes some people find fitness in which they feel happy for example some people like to be accompanied everytime because they are talkative and yes want to lightened the burden by expressing their feelings.
Physical activities levels are going to increase when someone motivate you so yes if you have a good partner or a friend in a gym who always push your limits to perform the toughest exercises without any hesitation and helps you show the correct way of doing it for example in squat exercise how much you need to bend so by learning with your partner or in a group helps us to increase our energy levels the benefit of working out with your friend is to you take your exercise in a playway thing rather than feeling a burden to perform your exercise on the daily basis.
Some people always have a guilt in their mind that they missout the workout because of their personal reasons like they bogged down to work,family obligations or workand family commitments due to these reasons they miss out their workout in order to avoid that we should make a fitness plan so that we commit to our fitness plan and eat well be adaptable andtry to avoid comfort zone" body only achieves what the mind believes" so always make time for exercise if you failed todo so then you have to make time for illness.It is impossible for some people to do healthy exercise so they perform running exercise so always when you are taking a round always say they words i think i can i think i can always repeat these words while making the rounds this practise helps you push your limits and increase your energy level.So fitness mantra is just a positive affirmation remove you negative thoughts in your sub conscious mind .So if you unable to perform your workouts this fitness mantra motivate you to perform your workout so be a finess freak .
