Hi goodmorning everyone welcome to my new blog in this we know why effiel tower was built? Effiel tower is the tallest and beautiful building in paris and centre of attraction for many million tourists from all over the world  a  tower was made in the year 1889 estimated around 135 years ago The story  behind the effiel tower  to celebrate  the 100 year anniversary of french revolution  wordly fair was announced in this fair they had to construct a tower   so they are looking for passionate  engineer who design as well as architecture so Gustave effiel was the person who even designed inner part ofstatue of liberty  engineer works on effil tower design started by Emily Nouguier and Maurice  Koechlin engineers Stephen Sauvestre, an architect, that was accepted. They started working framework of design both of them makes different designs these designed are showed to many experts some approved of it some of then reject it after that they work on the design as well as the frame work but then nothing works for them then eventually gustave effiel was the one who helped them in making design and architecture out of  107 designs gustave effiel designed was approved however to construct this tower they french govt laid some conditionsfor this tower

The height of the tower should be 300 meters
Tower should made of iron
Tower should have   4 pillars and each pillar distance from 125 meter from each other.
This tower was completed in 2yrs and 2.months and 5 days so they started from 1887 to 1889 on 31st march they inaurgated the effiel tower and from 6th may it was open for public.
It was one of the tallest building  until chrysler building built in  1930.

Effiel tower is made up of wrought iron  and 2.5 million nail they has been assembled it properly due to this reason it you sometimes you astonish to find in its original condition if you want to climb the effiel tower it has 665 stairs however you have facility of  lift as well the effil tower lift would cost you 15 euros.Every corner of effiel tower is 125 meter while its antenia height is 116 meters the Effiel tower height is 324 meters that is 1063 feet which mean 81st storey of a building the top of portion of tower swing in air from 6to 7cm if we talk about the height of tower from.sea is above  335 .meters if you want to climb thestairs  from ground level to the first floor then you have to ascend 300 steps whereas the top level is usually accessible by lift.

However effiel tower was a great contribution  French revolution and when the wordly fair was held then people really appreciating the tower beauty but some eminent personalities are opposed of it.The newspaper in paris full of criticism about the beauty of tower ironically the one who criticized the tower they changed their opinion by getting the postive response from the people who visited  the  tower.Intially they had a notions about effiel tower that it  would  last for only 20 yrs and after that 1909 they will be  destroyed it but due to the  main attraction of visitors and to scientific reason it is considered to be useful  instead of breaking it down  they become the world heritage site and decided to stay forever.

Wow, I also remember how we would joke with our friends while returning from school, by seeing any normal but huge tower, saying "see here is the Eiffel tower, we are in paris "
