Hi goodmorning everyone welcome to my another blog in this blog we discuss what is the correct way to oil hair because that stimulate the hair growth and makes your hair shine forever.As our grandmother has always been stressing the importance to oil your hair because it strengthen your hair to promote hair growth and provide  lustrous hair they never got tired about raving its benefits.Even though  we hate to oil our hair  because it makes your hair messy  and scalp sticky .that makes us confused what is the right way to oil your hair ?The answer is apply hair oil before 1hour of bath just to make sure that your hair should not stick to  clog your pores, attract dirt and accumulate dandruff.try not leave the oil in the hair for too long just for the overnight in case your hair is not dirty .Futhurmore  we recommand to wash your hair after 1 hour of applying the oil so you can try this once a week .what oil we can use for the hair? the best you can mix carrier oilas well as essential oil to get the best results you can use6 spoons of  coconut oil 2.5 spoons  of leavender oil

The best way to oil your hair you need to follow some steps:

1.heat the oil :The and foremost thing is the heat the oil for seconds till so that they warmup.  that warm oil allows  deeper penetration to your hair and moisturize your scalp.

2.Message your scalp:Message your scalp for at least 10- 15minutes in a circular motion dont do it vigorouslyor fastly  that result in breakage of the hair after you done with the scalp work your  way through the end of your hair.

3.wrap the warm cloth around your hair:dont tie your hair too tight as it cause breakage so always tie your hair into bun and wrap a  warmtowel around your forehead this will helps the cuticle to open up allowing deeper penetration of oils into   the scalp and hair follicles.

4.Rinse your hair:After applying your hair you can leave it for 1 hour and then wash thoroughly try to wash with normal water or cold water.It is also recommended dont overuse the shampoo to attempt to get rid of excess oil.using too much shampoo remove the naturaloil of your hair and do more harm than good.

These are steps to oil your hair  in a right way and remember never apply oil to your wet hair it will not  allow deep penetration to your hair moreover make it ineffective so ideally you apply the oil to your dry hair to be able to nourish the deeper layers of your scalp and hair.
