In todays blog we are discussing the factors which affect the mental health of a person and also find the ways to overcome this problem. What do you think according to you can cause the mental health problems well if we ever notice the depression and anxiety triggered mostly on the mental health .However some people think that they are almost the same but they are not when some one is feeling depressed that means when you persistently feel extremely sad and even lose interest in doing anything and even have a desire to hurt yourself because sometimes you lose your near and dear ones that makes you more depressed you feel that moment that you are going through a very bad phase and dont know how to deal with that some might have a broke up with their boyfriend or girlfriend . Whereas we talk about anxiety in anxiety person have a feeling of fear he or she in a state of uncontrolled worry that you feel everyday .for example when you are in school somebody tease for the way you speak or the way you write that makes you more anxious towards it so that no one can make fun of you.
Do you even know in India and across the globe so many people these days suffering from mental health issues especially these two factors these two factors found mostly in adolescent age group and specially women are suffered more from aniexty and despression as compared to men that is because of the people gone through bereavement, unemployment .Even the children facing through mental issues problems some times they try to blame themselves and even try to disturb their emotional well being example they tendvto incline towards the negative outcome rather than looking at the postive side of it.so in these cases what needs to be done
Well if we talk about the world health organisation( WHO )have been shown some preventive measures for low income group they provide health care facilites for children and adults.However if you still find struggling to cope with depression here are few tips you need to follow in day to day life.
1.Meditation: It is the best practise to engage yourself quitely and get away from the stream of juggled up thoughts that keepoccuring you mind and makes you uncomfortable most of the time with the help of mediation the postive thoughts instil your mind quitely with peace and try to balance and benefit your emotional well being and all over health.
2 self care:by giving the time to set aside for self care gives a long lasting impact daily exercising and watch laughter programmes can improve your depression and anxiety problems
3.Write a journal:by writing a journal on the daily basisJournalising help you to improve the symtoms like fear identitying the problems and behaviour and indulging in postive talks because you are in the state of mind sometimes you are not conscious of what you are exactly doing with the help of writing journals you can easily awake of your actions it helps you todeal with overwhelming emotions.
