How You Can Get Rid Of Cough And Cold During Winter

Hi  everyone welcome to my new blog in this blog we talk about how to get rid from cold and cough this is the very common problem we face during these days some of them have coughand cold due to serious illness while others  have to take some precautions before cold and cough attack you in this season so if you get into the quagmire of cough and cold than it will last upto atleast 2 weeks. Do you know the infection caused by cough and cold can even hamper your work so what to eat so that we keep cough and cold at  bay so usually people dont take this seriously because they think that it is a virus that take time to go and therefore they forget to take the precautions so whenever you  feel you  have symptoms of  cough and cold you should add these things in your diet.
1.Add ginger and garlic in your diet : Adding ginger and garlic in your diet  on the daily basis that keep you at the bay from cough and cold you can also make a ginger garlic paste and add in your each and every meal you have in your day


2.Honey with lemon water: If you drink lukewarm water with  honey that also help you dehydrated in winters and also help your coughing.


3.Broth or soup :drinking broth and soups are excellent source of protein so  when you specially you are sick it helps not only provide energy to your body but it also keeps your body warm.chicken chilli soup also help to fight and prevent from infection.


4.Avocados:Are rich in  fats and calories vitamins that your body needs in the winter season you can have avocados in your diet in the morning and in your salid as well

.
5. Green leafy vegetables: If you take proper nutrition in your diet such as spinach  kale then you easily say goodbye to  you cough and flu because it has got antioxidants.you can have the spinach any form whether you can eat in liquid form or you add in your meal. What we avoid eating in winters dont drink cold things in winters as we know because that could irriate our throat and spoil the fun in winters.these food help us to prevent from infection.


And in case you have cough and cold dont forget to drink lukewarm water and if you have cough problems than gargle with saline water.and never eat banana in winters it can make your cough worse. Stay away from the alcohol and caffeniated drinks. so always remember winters are here to enjoy and listen to your favorite music and enjoy a favourite cup of hot chocolate with tea cake .
