Hi in this blog i am writing about how healthier breakfast can lead you into healthy life.but we all get chaotic in the morning what to cook in a way that everybody gives you a thumb so we tried to cook in possible way nothing crosses our mind at times.so here for the confused ladies we cook a very simple recipe today that will take 15-20minutes maximum to cook and you eat with great fervour.Here i am taking about the dalia (porridge)if you cook dalia with the vegetables it will add to the flavour and highly nutritious in taste.Before we prepare dalia we know its advantages as well so that you can also share with your family.
1.Dalia is rich in protein and vitamins so it gives a muscle power
2.It also help to regularized your bowl movement and it prevents you from constipation ,nausea and bloated gas
3.It also helps in overeating problems the person on the daily basis consume daliahad balanced weights compared to those who consumed refined grains. So, if you have been dreaming of achieving effective weight loss, adding dalia to your daily diet is a must.
4.Good for diabectic people : If you prepare dalia and consume on the daily basis you consume less calories and try to manage your blood sugar levels in control.Dalia is a whole grain and high in fibre protects the body against symptoms of obesity high blood sugar and you get benefits from provoking elements in the body.for ex:reduce inslin resistence.

Indigreints for dalia 1cup broken wheat(porridge) 1 chopped tomatoes 1/2cumin seeds ΒΌ asafoetida teaspoon 2 tablespoon ghee 1 tea spoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala small chopped carrot french beans salt as per your taste.1 onion
For garnishing corriender leaves
Mehod:
Please soak the porridge or broken wheat or dalia for 2 or 3 hrs and then drain it 1.Take a pan and addoil when theoil start a little warm roast the dalia for 3 minutes when u see the dalia changes the color and take it off from the gas.
2.Take a cooker add cumin seeds when its starts crackling then add chopped onion and saute them for a minute. Add ginger and garlic paste also add asafoetida.
3.Add tomotoes and add chili powder ,salt and add peas, french beans and carrot and add garam masla mix it well andcook it for at least a 3 minute till the time all spice cooked up and you get the aroma of spice.
4.Add soak dalia or broken wheat and water mix well and then wait pressure cooker for 3whitsles.
5 After whitsles open tge cooker and ganish with coriender leaves
6.Serve the dalia food with curd.
