Tune into the small little details about your life and start noticing them, sometimes we ignore the little things and focus on the bigger picture but these little things do matter and you should be grateful for them. You could try the following ideas to practice gratitude.

SAVOR THE FEELING OF GRATITUDE
There are some days wherein you feel so blessed and happy about little things and you are like “ Oh wow what a day!" This is the correct time to pause and feel the gratitude, be in the moment, and enjoy it. Let it sink in. Savor your blessings for that moment and soak it up.
