THE EPITOME OF PERFECTION~
Writing date: May 16, 2022;
I am feeling like the old days!
I am smelling my old life again, I am eating my old memories again and I am spending my precious time in my old world again.
I was waiting for this moment from a long time. I have wasted most of my life wondering for the best moments to happen though, in reality, the moments, I was in, were actually the most beautiful time ever came in my life. Whenever I look behind, at my old life, towards my old self, I am always left with a question, why didn't I value that time? What was I searching for to make it perfect as those moments were the Epitome of Perfection for me?
The best food I ever ate.
The most beautiful view I have ever seen.
The magnanimous life I ever had.
The sourest lemon I ever squished.
The juiciest oranges I ever tasted.
The softest, sweetest and most slippery mangoes I ever hold in my hands and let them melt into my mouth.
The sunsets were full of epiphany, I have ever witnessed.
The dark nights were full of dynamic energy I ever absorbed.
The flowers which I have ever smelled.
The grass on which I have ever walked.
The papers on which I have ever wrote and also the ink I had ever used.
These all have witnessed the most beautiful time and days of my life and hold millions of small, but full of happiness and enthusiasm, flashes of my life.
Sometimes, whenever I sit in my room, work over my desk, make myself busy in settling my life and then unintentionally come across a smell which tries to unlock the abandoned memory of my life in which, I used to sit near my most beloved tree, and wait for the arrival of the season of rain and think about how the earthly smell used to make my brain go wild and the urge to eat it, to let that smell spread all over my tongue and my lips but then being disappointed by its real taste. It's just the smell that triggers us not the taste. But, the feeling was "something" for me.
In present time also, whenever I get time, I still go to that place, sit there wondering about my life and wait for the perfect time to come, though in reality, live the perfect moment of my life without noticing it.
Thank you for reading.
