Hello readers!!!
Today, I completed watching a K- drama "DaLi and Cocky Prince" which used to telecast in 2021 starring Park gyu-young as Kim Dal-ri and Kim Min-jae as Jin Moo-hak containing a total of 16 episodes.
The drama is so entertaining and the story line is also amazing that it hooked me till the end. It is written beautifully and also the cast chosen for the drama is perfect (according to me).
The story revolves around Kim Dal-ri's family art museum which comes to the verge of being closed after her father died. The Cocky Prince or our cute male lead Jin Moo-Hak, the managing director of Dondon F and D (a global restaurant chain), gave a loan to her father before his death. The sudden death of the director shakes him and then he makes his way towards getting his money back at any cost. He didn't has the knowledge that the director was the father of the girl he met at his business trip to Netherlands.
After meeting again in Korea, a romantic story blossoms between the creditor and the debtor.
Though Moo-Hak is uneducated but his business knowledge is stunning and so are his cooking skills. His character is absolutely decent, confident, gentle type with a good sense of humour. Dali's character is truly what a newcomer in the field of politics and business is like. She is strong but doesn't know the dark side of the world yet. Indeed, an innocent one struggling to save her father's lifetime effort from the selfish crowd.
The show entertained me, made me laugh, made me to add it in my favourite shows' list.
Most of the story was predictable even it was easy to guess the main person behind every chaos and also what would be the proof which would uncover his evil deeds still the show had made me to watch it till the end without any skip.
The way Moo-hak was always ready to run towards Dali (always at standalone) to help her in any way possible. With an arrogant attitude, gave her advices about how to handle and protect the museum without showing that he was trying to help. The other cast members have also done a great job. The sound tracks of the drama are also beautiful.
In conclusion, the drama is a 10 for me.
Thank you for reading.
