Hello guys , I hope you guys are doing well . Thanks to all who supported me and I hope you guys will do the same for my upcoming blogs . For this blog , I'm gonna share with you guys a story that happened today that literally teached me the life lesson “ not to expect things as it will disappoint you ” .wanna hear the story ? then let’s get into it .

In chennai , undergraduate classes have started for students from september . Although all other colleges started offline classes regularly on campus , my college started by september 20 only and that too for 2 days per week . Since its bsc , it is a half-day college which starts from morning 8 to afternoon 1 . but as we have project work , college hours are lessened to 11.00 am and after 11 , we can either stay in the college to complete the project or can leave the campus . 

We people already wasted a year and half on the account of covid where we lost all our fun’s . so , we thought of grabbing this opportunity of 2 days of college instead of wasting it by going home by 11 .  Whenever we had an offline class , we planned to leave the college by 11 and enjoy the remaining 2 hours with our friends .  each day , we decided to visit different hotels and malls near our college . like that today we planned for going to skywalk . skywalk may sound bory but , the last went was when i am 7 or 8 , so i built many ideas and dreams in my mind about skywalk . i was so happy to go there after a long time , i myself created a vision of skywalk and thought it will be a nice day . but yeah , things weren’t like i thought . 

With all cooked up expectations and excitement , we all entered the skywalk , guys by heart broke here . instead of a mall , I saw a building being renovated ,shops with dust and things under maintenance . Not only me , all my friends were disappointed . “It's like , this represents the mall that was years before “  my friend said . Then we went to the food court , but we didn't find anything good . so we left the skywalk . It was indeed a sunny day that drained our energy , so we went to a big bazaar and ended up buying loads of chips and juices . we consoled each other optimistically by saying , it’s okay we can see next time then we all left home with a bunch of selfies .

So guys , got the point . I day dreamed of skywalk  so much and it disappointed me . take my advice , don't expect anything . but guys , except that skywalk part , the day was nice i would day . though i was diss-appointed , i was happy because i was with my friends and nothing is better than that , right ? a experience to add on in my college diaries !
