Hair is the confidence of every women. A small amount hair loss  causes a simple heart attack to me.Being a “Rapunzel” is every girls dream .A number of young minds are crying about it right now. Nowadays not only women but also men trying to stop their hair loss,with spending huge amounts for it. From now on just avoid these silly things that leads to your hair damage .

1.Dont use shampoos every day 

Every day use of shampoo causes to damage your hair , and causes the strength drainage in scalp . Use shampoo twice in a week.Avoid chemical shampoos try to use organic shampoos.

2. Use fingers to detangle 

Using more power in hair cause to break your hair . Detangling with combs is the main reason of hair loss  if you want to detangle your hair use your fingers to detangle. This also reduces headache.

3. Maximum avoid hair drying with hair dryer 

Increased use of hair dryer cause stops your new growing baby hairs . This also leads to hair loss .This is main problem of nowdays young minds.

4. Keep your hair little oily

Oil keeps your hair hydrated and gain strength in calps. If your hair become very dry it began to fall and also causes to increase dandruff. Oil gives rebirth to baby hairs.

5. Overthinking and stress   

Overthinking and stress cause hair fall. In this universe every one have their own problems. Many of us are addicted  to overthinking ,even though we all now it's not good for us .just happy as you are . Don't let anything to destroy your freedom and your joy 

6.Water temperature 

Sometimes water also become villian to our hair. It's temperature has a major role in keeping hair strengthen. Hot water causes hair falls and drainage of scalp.

7. Bleaching

Bleaching causes a huge damage in hair. You can see everyone with bleached also regretting their decision . If you have a huge hair loss you must avoid bleaching.

8. Hormonal changes 

When estrogen and progesterone began to fall it means your male hormones increased this will lead to your hair become thinner. Then hair starts to grow slowly and falls easily.

9. Dandruff 

In many cases dandruff doesn't increase hair loss , however it's itchiness causes to more scratch on head. This leads to hair become thin and losses some hair.

10. Smoking

Smoking also leads to increase hair fall. Smoking contain injurious contents that affect our DNA system . This also lead to damage in hair follicles because of hormone effects. If you have habit of smoking stop it anyway.
