GOOD DAY everyone ! hope you all doing good and safe . are you guys short tempered? having anger issues ? want to control it ? then this blog will be an ultimate solution for all of you guys . so let's pop into it .

Alright, anger issues is something ,that every person tends to experience today and that too in this stressful-cruel world ,we automatically pushed into that zone without our knowledge . Getting anger is nothing wrong ,because it is a feeling that all human beings have and express harshly sometimes.even being angry is good sometimes , we open up things from our mind instead of dumping it and making it even more worse,it shows the real us . but it may not end well all times ,and that is the time we lose our control and things get messed up. 

  the thing is we don't know how to manage it and  just blindly spill words and act harshly towards others. for even small things , we quickly get irritated and become angry . it happens everywhere ,in our home, office, with our friends ,parents  etc. 

having anger issues is no good for the people around us , at the same time it is harm for ourselves. uncontrolled  anger can negatively affect physical health and emotional wellbeing . the effects of having high temper are :

  • tingling
  • hair fall
  • unusual headaches
  • fatigue
  • increased blood pressure
  • anxiety

so , how one can find that he/she has anger management problem?

you will be not be stable with your mood, you will be happy and suddenly jump into being angry within a second. Getting tempered for the things that even does not involve you. so, by these you can find it .

how to manage it ?

  1. get to know yourself,be aware of your trigger points which makes you irritate and try to avoid that.
  2. step away from the situations that makes you feel something wrong or which doesn't involve you.
  3. don't think of what you did when you were out of your mind. it's okay, worrying about it changes nothing ,so try to move on and make efforts to control it.
  4. take a deep breathe and start counting 1 to 100 in reverse order .
  5. listen to calm music and have some water.
  6. make yourself engaged . do things that makes you forget about other matters .it helps you to thing .
  7. whenever you get angry, try to think one second ,think about its consequences .it will be hard but practice it.
  8. visualize a relaxing experience from your imagination or memory.
  9. try to communicate with people and realize the situation.think twice before taking decisions.
  10. Get someone whom you trust with all your secrets. sharing helps to make you feel light . 

i wanted to write this because ,i myself a person who cannot control anger and lost many things and i want to get rid of it.so i searched things and iam trying to keep my anger in control now, so i thought sharing with you guys will help people like me . so hope its useful.
