Alright, anger issues is something ,that every person tends to experience today and that too in this stressful-cruel world ,we automatically pushed into that zone without our knowledge . Getting anger is nothing wrong ,because it is a feeling that all human beings have and express harshly sometimes.even being angry is good sometimes , we open up things from our mind instead of dumping it and making it even more worse,it shows the real us . but it may not end well all times ,and that is the time we lose our control and things get messed up.
the thing is we don't know how to manage it and just blindly spill words and act harshly towards others. for even small things , we quickly get irritated and become angry . it happens everywhere ,in our home, office, with our friends ,parents etc.
having anger issues is no good for the people around us , at the same time it is harm for ourselves. uncontrolled anger can negatively affect physical health and emotional wellbeing . the effects of having high temper are :

i wanted to write this because ,i myself a person who cannot control anger and lost many things and i want to get rid of it.so i searched things and iam trying to keep my anger in control now, so i thought sharing with you guys will help people like me . so hope its useful.
