Today I am sharing a blog that's a personal story. A story of a girl who had dreams in her teenage and fulfilled them when she turned to a woman. My name is Ibtisam but people also know me by the name “Nephesh Ayurveda” , it sounds a bit off but this is how people know me. Where Nephesh simply means ‘feeling of Sentience’'. 

I was in my third year degree college, that was the time I  had to choose my path, once I am graduated. It was difficult to decide so one day I sat with myself ,went into deep thoughts worrying about my career. That day I asked myself a question, "What is it that makes your soul happy?" Without a pause I answered , being with the nature, going for a spa or practicing some hair and skin care routine for that little glow and calmness, is what makes my soul happy. I asked myself, What if I could make other person's soul happy and calm? And from there it all started .I thought of taking my DIY skills to another level and I started with my research, reaching the conclusion that I will soon have my own skincare products.

I wanted to do something that could solve people's problems and in return all I get is their blessings and lots of love. So I became a certified panchakarma therapist(spa therapist in modern language.) There I learned what role oils play in our lives and you can solve most of your health related issues. I got certified and started working as a therapist. I had achieved half of my dream working as a therapist as I was successful in making other persons soul feel blessed, by gods grace. I was loaded with their love and blessings, people complimented me saying I have healing hands and they feel so good once they attend my therapy sessions. I was overwhelmed with such response but this didn't continue for a long time as the centers were shut down due to pandemic ,also I lost the job.

Being devastated and jobless for a year I realized it's the time to build your own empire. I withdraw some of the savings I had and planned my own business. I always wanted to be a problem solver in others life, so I started my own skin care and hair care brand this august ,so people could get the benefit out of it.

My business is still on the initial stage but it feels so beautiful being able to live my dream. Before the pandemic I never thought of such a thing, and I never knew the sun after a dense night would shine so bright. I am in a phase of life where I get messages from my family and friends that they are so proud of me and dm's from my customers where they share their experience about the packaging ,about the products and how they finally got cure to their skin and hair related issues using the products I formulate personally.
