  1. GUREZ VALLEY, Kashmir

    Gurez Valley is a beautiful valley located at an altitude of 8000 feet and about 86 kilometers from Bandipore district and 123 kilometers from Srinagar. The valley is covered by the snow-capped majestic Himalayas and experiences the flow of the Kishanganga river which merges with Jhelum in Pakistan. The valley was covered with the sheet of anonymity for so many years but later in 2008 it was opened up for tourists visit.

2. PHUGTAL GOMPA, Jammu and Kashmir

It is perhaps the most isolated monastery, Phugtal Gompa. It is great tourist attraction, located right in the Zanskar mountain cave. If you can climb to the tops of the mountains, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the Tsarap River. There is no road that leads to peaceful places. You have to go through in a day or two in order to achieve  this goal, an indistinguishable spot in India.

3. CHOPTA, Uttarakhand
