Introduction-

     In today's workplace the term “team work ” is very important, when there is any project which must be done with collective competency. Even in the schools, the learners are given some projects on different topics to check the capability of the students to work in a team. So,today, I am going to highlight the importance of team work. 

What is a team work?

      Team work generally refers to the collaborative contribution where different individuals work together to achieve the same goal in the most effective way. The concerted effort by each individual to mature the team's objective is called team work. 

Benifits of team work-

Ensures relief from the overburdened work- In a team,the work used to be shared among all the individuals of a particular team. And that's how, no one feels pressurised by the utmost workload. 

Welcomes different ideas- Team work generates the scope to welcome different creative ideas from each individual of the group. The brain storming ideas help to proceed the plan of actualising the objectives of the team.

Creates the power of acceptance- In a team different people share their diverse perspectives regarding the project. It initiates the ambience of tolerance and enables the people to accept the opinion of others with due respect and consideration. On the other hand, interacting with individuals from different genre,pushes people to be more open minded.

Improves productivity- According to a study, team work brings the most innovative ideas as the team mates motivate each other to work in the most productive way and to give their level best performance. Diversity is the most effective way to unlock new opportunities and to gain new insights. 

Provides learning opportunities- Your own individual experience may be quite different from your co-workers. Thus,the team work provides the opportunity to learn new skills from your partners, that you can use for the rest of your career. 

Better outcomes- When the team functions effectively, with each participant involving their best ideas,engaging their best efforts, the result it leads is of better quality. Thus,a healthy team can produce better outcomes. 

Scope of flexibility- Team work accelerates the scope of flexibility at workplace. In case of any absence of any member due to some unavoidable circumstances, the rest of the team can easily manage to cover up the work.
