We all are living in 21st century where technology  as came up with fine achievements  ,where everyone is growing in such a way that things are getting  better .With all these improvements in our society  still we are living with same mindset where even with so much of advanced culture girls are bullied on their shape ,size and color. Which is ridiculous  .

Frequently  after few months we all update our phones and technical appliances isn't it ? If we can update them  then what about our mentality  .It should also be upgraded with time .

Resent senses witness  that every 5th women you meet in your whole day is not satisfied with her physique  .And the credit for this goes to our society where we have entered  in 21st century still live in late 90s in thought process  .Body shaming  is not something that our generation  should witness. 

Its time for us to create an environment where our nation's pride # women's should feel proud of themselves. 

Here I have written  a short poem for all the beautiful ladies out there  ,to make them realize  that they are beautiful in the way they are .

Here it goes …….

When society  says, you are looking fat, have you put on

I know it hurts but dear girls just hold on 

Its just a weight  ,why to ruin yourself for society sake

Not the size of your shirt,nor the length of your skirt

Would let you down,so what if you are brown?

Its just a color  and believe me ,you look beautiful in every attire. 

Not your heart breaks ,nor even your periods pain

This Society can realize, you are strong and that's why you are nation's pride. 

let's shut the Society out, you are beautiful just say it aloud….   

Dear girls you are way more beautiful than you think .Its beautifully said that  “be like a flower and spread fragrance every where” Believe me its not easy to be a women . From space travel to Himalayas  our girls have made it through  . Dear girls next time when someone judge you, don't bother them bcz not every eye can see the diamonds shine. # stay strong # beautiful women's………

She is not just a good daughter, sister ,wife or mother  she is also a good human  # she is a women….. If we are a building than she is our building block .
