Today we are living in the era of smart phones and stupid people. Smartphones are effecting our youth negativity. To agree with the statement , smartphones make dull minds . The mental development of children are effected . Everyone is having their own personal smartphones. ssmartphones also have harmful radiation which can effect on individual and may lead to serious diseases. Having smartphones are fashion of today's generation.
Everyone is addicted to smartphones. mostly people use late night smartphones which destroys the sleeping routine. It can have serious impacts on mental health , affect on ability to think and reduces learning skills . It affects the eyesight alot . It makes your mind lazy and loses its power of imagination. Brain becomes as soft as cheese and loses power of remembering things . Smartphones doesn't makes mind dull until it is used in limited way .
Moreover, it can had to various problems like anxiety and depression among teenagers. They are so addicted to smartphones that they don't have a time to gave a word with their parents. There was a time when people lived and worked together and were happy . we are having smartphones but still not satisfied. As compared to old times , the people were fit and active but today every person's life depends on medicines and a pill of tension . Everyone is busy in their own hustle bustle of life and has no time for each other . phones increases loneliness and depression. and boredom . it can actually make you feel even worse.
Now a days we are going through hard times of covid . Smartphones are used in a positive way and everyone is connected to each other.
Some teenagers are using it in a wrong way busy in their social media accounts and spending time lavishly and in an inappropriate manner. Being over reliant on smartphones may result into physiological damage . its exceccive use leads to frustration, anxiety . Mobile phones are good for use but if one use in proper way but they can prove to be curse if not used properly.
One must spend his time with nature also . we feel relaxed when we are in the laps of nature and it is the best therapy.
