Struggle That Made By Society For Fat Girls

Unfortunately, fat shaming and discrimination against larger individuals, particularly women, is still prevalent in society today. These attitudes and behaviors can cause significant emotional and mental strain for those who are affected.

One struggle that fat girls may face is feeling excluded from social events or activities due to their weight. Whether it be avoiding the beach or pool, not being invited to parties or gatherings, or feeling uncomfortable participating in sports or physical activities, fat shaming attitudes can lead to social isolation and exclusion.

Another issue is the negative self-image and low self-esteem that may result from societal pressure to conform to an unrealistic body ideal. Fat girls may internalize negative attitudes towards their body image and feel ashamed of their appearance, leading to self-deprecation and even depression.

Discrimination in the workplace can also be a challenge for larger individuals, who may experience unequal treatment or even be passed over for jobs due to their weight. This can lead to financial stress and difficulty securing employment.

In healthcare, overweight individuals may also face discrimination and bias from medical professionals who prioritize thinness over overall health. This can lead to inadequate health care and issues with receiving proper diagnoses and treatment.

Fat shaming can also manifest in the form of bullying and harassment, which can cause significant emotional distress and lead to depression and anxiety. This can have long-lasting effects on mental health and can hinder one's ability to form positive relationships and engage in healthy behaviors.

It is important to challenge fat phobia and create a more inclusive and accepting society for people of all body types. By promoting positive body image and rejecting harmful stereotypes and attitudes, we can create a more supportive environment for all individuals, regardless of their weight.

Being a fat girl is very very difficult thing on nowadays society not only now everytime. They don't get recognised, they won't get selected,  they didn't see your talents , the only thing they notice is “you are fat” this term that may hurt them so much …. Being fat isn't easy .

Lots of gossips about us,  lack of confidence , they tend to lose yourself and your self confidence they always bully you . They won't think about the reason behind this but they judge easily.

They blindly think that fat persons eat a lot .. bla bla bla but not all the fat  persons were gained weight only by eating there might be some health issues.

And one more thing I noticed nowadays that was not only fat girls every one gets bullied if you ate thin they ask why your mom didn't gave you food? If you are short they said dink complan man? If you are hight they said its very difficult to find a person to marry you!! If you are fat they said eat less do exercise… bla bla bla ….

So if you are a person reading please don't judge other and don't feel ashamed of who you ate.  You're perfect for you that's enough . If you want to share any opinions you can leave it in comment section….
