Pune - a state in Maharashtra. Why it is known as a youth city?
Youths are said to be as future of the nation, full of energy, dreams, enthusiasm and courage. But what are the things today's youth want from city life?
Good infrastructure, free independent life, nightlife, less traffic, beautiful environment to live around, job opportunities, favourable climate and few more.
And Pune can be said as fulfilling all these desires for them.
There climate! Anybody would fall in love with it. Hills around the roadside and fogs moving over it, greenery and the fresh air feels like it is a place for peace and calm.
Summers are bearable, winters are awesome but it is the monsoon that Punekar boasts of. Thanks to tons of mountains and greenery surrounding the city, the weather is not too hot or cold, just pleasant at any time of the year.

The best thing about Lonavala is the road trip ( Mumbai - Pune expressway). The spiral roads and ride over hills best when going early morning because then only you can feel yourself in between the clouds.
Many more places to visit like Lavasa, Shaniwar Wada, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani, Sinagadh fort.
And you can't skip blessings from Bappa in the famous temple “Dagdusheth Halwai Ganesh temple" which is in Pune and is one of the most famous Ganesha temples in India. It was here that Lokmanya Tilak thought of celebrating the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. It is at just 12 mins walking distance from “Shaniwar Wada”.
Talking about food's which youth are mostly attracted to so, some of the famous food items which you can find anywhere in Pune at very affordable prices and must taste items too are Vada pav, misal pav, sabudana vada, masala dosa, Yewle chai, etc.
Some places are famous for shopping where you can visit just to hang out on weekends and weekly affordable shopping like FC road where you can find everything in all price ranges, best to go in the evening by local buses or marshal. Roads are always seems decorated with street road lights and the glittering spark of nearby shops, there you can also find street foods alongside road bhel, pani puri, vada pav, juice, icecreams, etc. Which makes moth water.
And one of the best part of Pune to enjoy is “trekking” as it is surrounded by hills and it's a hilly area so every youth must have a weekly or once ever trekking plan. It's adventures for them.
