Read This If You Are Depressed

This is for you on the days when you want to give up and wish you could stay in bed and never leave. This is for you on those days when the clouds obscure any view of the sun and the world around you is painted in shadows. On the days when nothing feels right, this is for you. when you're crawling out of your skin and drowning in helplessness... when you are falling, sinking, or uncertain about your ability to continue. 
Give yourself some breathing room and remember that life is simply life. It's acceptable to make mistakes and to trip and fall. It's acceptable to feel bad, even extremely bad. And although though it seems awful and never-ending right now, perhaps this is the start of something else. It's acceptable to utterly collapse since, even then, you won't remain there for very long. 
Give yourself another chance. We all make mistakes and thats ok. We are just learning. Do not think about your past or future, just live in the present. Focus on all the things that makes you feel good, also focus only on the good things. Positive focus will produce a multiplication of happiness in your life. 


Remove all the negative and toxic people from your life. If they aren't good for you, then your don't need them. You can survive on your own. You are your own happiness. Have pets they make you feel better. 
 

  • Remember the 5 by 5 rule: If it's not gonna matter in 5 years, don't spend more than 5 minutes being upset about it. 

If you are feeling tired of everything, just rest. Take rest from everything and do something that will clear your mind. You are not alone in this. Keep searching for the colours when everything becomes dark. You will find the light. 
 

Just look into the mirror and stare at yourself even with tears in your eyes and say "I've got this!" and that's the spirit that will keep you going.

Daily reminders:
- Start your day with a positive thought.
- drink lots of water.
- Smile
- workout
- Spread love and positivity
- Believe in yourself

Understand that it's ok to have bad days, everybody has bad days in their life. One bad day doesn't mean that your life is bad, One bad day is like one bad chapter. Turn the page and move one to the next one and make it a good chapter.

Always give your best in everything. Do it for yourself, don't try to please others. Do it for you, not for them. Try and try harder. Take care of Yourself, you don't need someone else to do it. You can handle this. Keep going, you've got this!! Wonderful things are about to happen in your life.

- My current situation isn't my final destination.
- I am beautiful and fearless 
- Good days are coming :) 
- I've got this and I will never quit.
