Most of the people of past,did spend their lifetime for only just survival-by becoming carpenter, driver, Soldier, chefs etc. Many of them didn't know why did they do it. But they're in graves to read these post to think about it. Earth witnessed all of them like it witness your life. Even now, People run behind an imaginary wealth-money and believes money is important than their time in the earth. Their ancestors did the same thing and they're just repeating it.
Everyday Elon Musk and sweeper in your street needs almost the same thing. Because, basic need of man is-Food, Shower, Sex, Communications, a place to sleep.
The rest is his wants and when exceeds the limits, it become greed. But that's where businesses grow and more people get a reason to spend their time.
When your ancestors needs are over, Their greed made them to think about your future. But when many of them wanted to be a hero, Earth called them selfish. They forgot about creatures like ants, rats,cats. When some of them divided the earth by calling England, India, China, Japan and assigned a flag,Earth smiled, Knowing that everyone will come inside her soon. They fought for power and fame. They tried to impress people. But neither the people who tried to impress nor the impressed people didn't get a double century above her body. Food was their problem. Love was their problem. Fame was their problem. Disease was their problem. Wealth was their problem. Man of other ideologies was their problem.
When their wealth was in physical gold and silver, Your wealth is counted in some numbers fed by banks. When they thought agriculture is the richest, You think oil is the richest. Reality is, it's human beings mind that defines which is wealth and which is power. Nobody will feel pride, If somebody sits in a fast horse which was once a symbol of pride. You got stuck with your generations' way of making wealth and life. You think you wear the trending clothes which will be the funny clothes of future generation.
