I am kind of girl who started weeping in worst anger condition that's why I never show my anger on anyone. I think I am very good at controlling my anger, But I feel showing anger or any emotions is a necessary process to live. If you hide your emotions you will become a dead person very soon, so express your feelings, your love, your anger, all emotions to your family , friends and to loved ones.
Well, These are some points which I tried to control my anger:
Ignore Ignore and Ignore. This is the best key to control anger till a limit. Try to ignore negative people and those who do back bitching.
Give yourself a break. Sit away from others. Most of the times I love to be alone. The more you stay away from negative people the more happy you will be and you will be away from your anger.
Controlling our mind is a very powerful thing and is not a game of kids. Always think that you have a super power to control your anger.
Close your eyes and take a deep breathe. Inhale air with nose and exhale air with mouth.
Start count down 10 to 0. If you are in a situation that you can beat anyone in anger then you can in the limit. By doing this, your heart rate will be maintained.
Close your eyes and try to forget the current situation. Tell your mind to stay quiet, quiet and quiet.
Listen your favourite songs to heal yourself from anger. Music can change your mood at different level.
Forgive more, Expect less.
Do not become violent in anger, it can ruin your home, social images, relationships and sometimes even it could lead to crime.
Go for a walk, Ride your vehicle, try to divert your mind. If you really want to express your anger then run on tracks, Dance hard, Do workout harder.
Write down your anger on notepad or in notebook. Even you can write the paragraph about the situation. But it is good if you are expressing your anger and no one getting hurt at the same time.
At last I only want to say, If you are unable to control your anger than Express it by writing to that person who made you angry. There is nothing wrong in showing your anger because it is natural but we should make sure that another person should not get hurt.
