Hello friends,
Today I will give some tips for making foods with minimum amount of ingredients which are easily available.
Sometimes in this rainy season we feel lots of fried food cravings and after that we think that if there is some sweet dish then that's too great but we haven't any sweet food in house then what to do???
I give you a delicious sweets recipe that every one can make in home now that is β"Ras Vdas in Bengali it is said that' rosbora'.Its very easy and tasty sweet very popular among Bengalis.
All of us have moong Dal in our kitchen right??.
Ingredients:
1. 2cup moong dal
2. 1-2 cardamom
3. 2-3 cup sugar
4. Refined oil
Just with these 4 ingredients we can make this sweets. So let's start
At first soak 1-2 cup moong Dal in water.According to your requirement you can take the amount. I suggest that first time you just make for trial taste. Then the soaked Dal will be grounded in a mixer bowl .A thick paste will form with medium consistency not a runny paste. In this paste you can some cardamom powder, 3-4spoon sugar and a pinch of salt not more than that and blend it by hand or any blender until small bubbles will appear. Then in a kadai heat the oil for deep fry not shallow fry and the batter will put in a shape of ball type or Vada type and fry until brown .it looks like gulabjamun ball
Then our task is to make sugar syrup .Pour 2-3 cups sugar and 1 glass of water in a saucepan and make sugar syrup and add some cardamom powder here also for taste. Then these fried balls are put into syrup leave it here for some time .Then you will taste it
It really tastes like gulabjamun just make with moong dal.it is also a famous sweet dish for Bangladesh.
##if in your home , casew nut or pistachio or any dry fruits are available then you also put into the Dal batter .If the milk powder' condensed milk or khoya kheer available then also you can put here. But keep in mind the consistency is like that dahi vada typ consistency not very thick or thin.
