The ingredients: 1 cup water (boiled) 1 teabag green tea 6 raspberries After steeping your green tea (which, for the record, has anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe redness and irritation) in boiling water for two minutes, slice open the top of the bag and dump the tea leaves into a small bowl. Combine with the raspberries for a hefty dose of vitamin C, using a fork to mash up the ingredients into a paste (it's okay if it's a little chunky—that's just the natural texture of the berries). Once it cools down, smooth it over clean, dry skin and let the formula do its thing for 15 minutes. Turns out bananas are kiiinda genius for DIY face masks—they're spiked with potassium, vitamin B-6, vitamin C, and vitamin A, making them great for moisturizing, brightening, and even temporarily plumping fine lines. And when combined with other star ingredients like anti-inflammatory honey, soothing yogurt, and brightening turmeric, it becomes a pretty powerful recipe. This is how YouTuber Immy Maryam gets it done: The ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1/2 teaspoon raw honey 1 teaspoon full-fat yogurt 1 pinch of turmeric The key to recreating this face mask is making sure you're using equal parts banana and banana peel (that's actually where most of the nutrients live). Gently slice the peel with a knife, mash the banana with a fork, and mix in the remaining ingredients until you've got a yellow paste. Distribute a thin layer over clean skin, let it sit for 10 minutes, and don't forget to apply moisturizer after you rinse the formula all the way off. Trust: Your skin will look noticeably softer. this face mask tutorial, YouTuber Loepsie breaks down a suuuuper easy recipe for irritated, sensitive, or eczema-prone skin. BTW: It's gentle enough to use anywhere on your body, so feel free to slather it on those dry spots on your legs and arms, too. Here's what you'll need: The ingredients: 1 tablespoon oatmeal 1 teaspoon raw honey 1/2 teaspoon water The hero ingredient in this simple DIY is oatmeal, which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help calm dry skin and remove dead skin cells. And when it's coupled with antibacterial honey (and a little h2o for consistency), it's a true skin-soothing treat. Crush up all the ingredients in a bowl, smooth a thin layer over clean skin, and leave it on for about 10 minutes to get the full calming effects
