Now a days there is fastest growing demand for eating fast food among people because it can be quickly prepared and served them instantly at anytime and at anywhere. You can't wait for long time after being ordered the food.
People do mostly like to eat fast food because of many reasons first thing fast food are not expensive that means people who loves it they could buy it at affordable prices. People love to eat fast food because it serves in a convenient way and people like more because of the delicious tastes. That is why fast food becomes more popular among younger people.
While on the other hand, fast food has good tastes because they contain refined grains instead of whole grains. Saturated fats, high cholesterol, aka salts, sugar and high amount of sodium that makes the fast food more yummy and delicious.
But Wait….now question arises is fast food not good for our health? The answer to the question is yes of course fast food is unhealthy like that of Junk food. Because it has many drawbacks that is led to cause harmful affect on our health such as: Fast food may increase the risk of headache because it include aka salt sodium. This also may cause depression because of most of the fast food has made up of unhygienic nutrients that may release of bad effects to your health. High sugar and fat that release acids that may cause your health from tooth enamul that means your teeth has dental cavities.
People especially teenagers who love to eat fast food they may suffer from various health diseases such as heart stroke: because of high cholesterol and increasing of high cholesterol in their body can cause heart diseases, teenagers who regularly eat fast food they could suffer from shortage of breath because fast food contains extra high calories that can turn into excessive pounds and cause obesity which is one harmful affect on your health.
Blood sugar spike is another major risk of your health because people who like these foods frequently it released insulin spikes because of empty carbohydrates. This can also cause diabetes 2. Carb-heavy fast food like french fries and hamburgers it may risk your health and your may suffer from acne breakouts. Due to heavy load of fast food consumption it may create several health problems like weight gain this cause because people do regularly consuming high calories by eating their yummy fast foods. By consuming fast food can increase blood pressure levels and due to heavy load of sodium your health may suffer from congestive heart diseases.
So that eating fast foods destroys your good health and it transform into bad health. But not at all fast food are bad because to preserve your health you should firstly identified those Fast food which contains less salt, sugar and fat and that food items which contains carbohydrates therefore it can limit and reduce your health risks. Some of healthy fast food that maintain your health good like: Carb sandwich, whole wheat veg burger, roasted chicken are some of the examples of healthy fast foods.
