The term “Halo Effect” refers to the “Physical Attractiveness.”

 The term can be analysed as some has a physical attraction to another say how it is so simple to understand a boy has a keen interest in a girl why because she is extremely beautiful so that in this case psychologically the physical attraction is developed in the instinct of the boy towards the beautiness of the girl in nature.

The term ‘Halo Effect’ determine a cognitive role towards to the people because it develops positive traits among people while this kind effect is seen among social activists, political leaders and the way of the behavioural patterns they presented in a conference or a public meeting. The positive traits produced by the Halo Effect or physical attraction develops intelligence of a political leader that determines a proper decision is evaluating by him in a right period to solve the political issue of that particular field therefore as a result people believe him and started follow that particular politician. 

Some one says that - The CM of Delhi considered as one of the best CM of the capital of India. Here in this case a strong physical attraction is made over the people of Delhi.

From the psychological point of view the term has another meaning thereby the term Halo Effect refers to unconscious activity of the mind it means that the effect is produce due to unconscious thinking of the mind which drives out of a memory of a person by reflecting his problem. While the actual meaning of the Halo Effect in Psychology is derived from the effect of ‘Cognitive Bais’ in order to understand this term has to analyse in the fact below such as

Secondly  HR of the business cooperation wants to recruit an amazing girl with lastest working skills that he selected as a representative for his organisation  and after having interview with her and she gets selected than the HR assumed her conduct of behaviour towards roles and responsibilities to know either she is perfect for this job or not and leads to have cognitive bias with that person.

In the same context it can be concluded that the reserve Halo Effect is takes place in case of having love at first side means a boy is being loved by a girl due to his outstanding look and style and continue starts to love him with having any physical or sexual relationship as without express her feelings infront him.  This is one of the latest example of positive Halo Effect. 

Lastly the Halo Effect is takes place in one of your friend has been start to smoke in somewhere at a particular place or park and you may think yourself that my friend is not good enough. Hence this is one of the example of negative attraction of Halo Effect.
