If anyone wants to become a leader or anyone who will become a leader in future should study whether he or she has the leadership quality.

1.VISIONARY:

       “Good leaders have vision and inspire others to help them, turn that vision into reality. Great Leaders have vision, Share vision , and inspire others to create their own.”

Vision is a key indicator of a leader who will be able to selflessly encourage people to achieve their goal.

2.HONESTY:

          One of the best qualities expected of a leader is honesty. Honesty makes a leader Fearless and courageous. An Honest leader cannot be destroyed by slander and treacherousness. It serves as a gateway for trust and inspiration.

3.ORATORY:

           A good oratory is actually a skill comprised of physical behavior and can be learned by anyone who cast a succeed. A good leader voices out the people's mind through this skill.

        History is full of examples of how delivering outstanding public presentations had elevated individuals to success or power, uniting people in times of change are struggle.

4. HANDLING CRITICISM:

                  Nobody likes being criticized. But how one handles it makes all the difference in the leadership. Once, A man interrupted one of the buddha's lectures with a flood of abuse.

          Buddha waited until he had finished and then asked him:

If a man offered a gift to another but the gift was declined, to whom would the gift belong? To the one who offered it, Said the man. Then, Said the Buddha, I declined to accept your abuse and request you to keep it for yourself. This should be the attitude in handling criticism.

A good leader is trying to carefully observe and analyze the grievances pointed out. Instead, one tries to justify all his or her wrongs, he or she cannot achieve anything in life. There is no leader without demerits.He or she is not a leader who never makes effort to correct himself or herself. Most of the time criticism serves as a checking point to evaluate and proceed on the right track.

Hence these are some of the characteristics of leadership.
